Once donald invited his cousin, to his house on a lunch.

But then, something very unexpected happened.

Donald's cousin also ate all the noodles.

Later on they ate chicken and seafood.

Donald and his cousin eat everything.

Just like Donald, the duck, there are some animals that eat, both meat of other animals along with the plants and vegetables.

That means, they get their energy from both plants and animals.

So, such animals are called as omnivores.

An omnivore is an animal that eats both plants and animals.

Some other examples of omnivore animals are, a dog a bear and a crow.

Are humans are herbivore, carnivore or omnivore?

Carnivore is an animal that eats only meat of other animals.

We surely eat the meat of other animals but we eat vegetables too.

This means that we eat both plants and animals.

Which makes us omnivores.
